Shipping costs:
Sweden: SEK 59
EU: SEK 79
Rest of the world: SEK 99

Delivery:
The item is delivered via PostNord Home Small. Normally, the recipient must sign for the delivery unless the sender or recipient has requested delivery without a signature. If the customer is not at home when the delivery is attempted, a notification will be left stating where the shipment can be collected.

Returns and right of withdrawal:
For any returns, contact us at info@windfree.se or 0706 – 99 82 99. EU customers have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal; however, we offer a full right of return within 30 days, provided that the product and its original packaging are in unchanged condition, i.e. unused and undamaged.

You must not use the item, but you may of course examine it carefully. Once we have received the product and approved the return, we will issue a credit. The refund will be made no later than 14 days after the return is received. For returns sent without contacting Windfree Sweden AB, you as the sender are responsible for any costs and losses. Windfree Sweden AB will not redeem parcels sent cash on delivery.

Warranty:
We provide a 1-year warranty on all products unless otherwise stated. This covers material and manufacturing defects, provided that the product has been subject to normal wear and tear. As a first measure, defective products are covered by a repair warranty. Under the replacement warranty, defective items will be provided with new parts or a new product during the warranty period.
